By installing or using AsterKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

AsterKit is intended for users 13 and older. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian purchase the app and complete the initial setup.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AsterKit on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the app, except where prohibited by applicable law.

AsterKit is sold for a one-time price of $4.99 USD (or local equivalent) with a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when you complete Parent Setup. After the trial, premium features remain locked unless purchased. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google per their store policies. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

If you are an EU consumer: you have a right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days. By beginning to use the app after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the app has been delivered and you have begun using it. Refunds after this point are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.

AsterKit is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device and not contraception. Predictions are statistical estimates based on your logged data and should not be used as the sole basis for family-planning, fertility, or health decisions. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical advice. Adolescent cycles are normally irregular; predictions improve in accuracy after several cycles are logged but remain estimates.

All cycle data is stored on your device. We do not receive, view, or back up your cycle data. Loss of your device or uninstalling the app permanently deletes the data. We strongly recommend you do not rely on AsterKit as the sole record of health information you wish to preserve.

AsterKit is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including any health, family-planning, or financial decisions you make based on the app's output.

You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. We may terminate the license if you materially violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted at this URL. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, USA.

Notwithstanding the above, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
