Lawful Basis for Processing

Art. 7(V) — Contract Execution: Processing the anonymous purchase token (RevenueCat) is necessary for the performance of the purchase contract.

AsterKit processes personal data based on contract execution (Art. 7(V) LGPD) for the purchase token only. No health/cycle data reaches our servers.

Our Commitment

AsterKit is designed from the ground up to minimise data processing. Cycle data, symptoms, moods, and notes are stored only on your device using encrypted local storage. The only data that ever leaves your device is an anonymous purchase receipt token sent to RevenueCat to validate your one-time purchase.
